The Kahlbacher elastic snow ploughs are multi-blade snow ploughs which guarantees solid mechanical snow clearance that combines a soft drive-over system with optimiced damping characteristics. The elastic construction used for this guarantees smooth running and low noise development. The drive-over system combines PU lower links with the upper steel swing arms, which enable an immediate reaction to obstacles with high lateral stability. This makes the snow ploughs of the elastic-series particularly suitable for inner-city use and the ideal pathfinder for trams.

With the optionally available Kahlbacher discharge stop (AWS), snow clearing is made much easier and unwanted snow deposits at stops, entrances and intersection areas can be avoided, which is an essential criteria, especially in the entry and exit area.
