The VIAROX series is equipped with a sturdy double tube frame that is reinforced by a continuous blade sheet in the upper section.

In the lower section, weight-optimised sliding blade elements make sure that only the shearing elements need to deflect upon overloading. This allows for a minimal shear torque and increases the efficiency and longevity of the device.

Rubber bushings of the lower shear elements reduceimpacts and provides for quiet and gentle clearing.

The rubber suspended rockers of the sliding blade segments offer excellent damping properties, noisereduction and driving comfort. The VIAROX damping system allows for individual transverse oscillation of every clearing segment, which in turn ensures optimal ground hugging and the best possible clearing results for every segment.

The lower shear elements are protected by the tried and tested sliding blade principle and Kahlbacher rubber return elements. Only in the case of deflection is the sliding blade segment guided into a slotted guide, allowing it to deflect to rear and up via a defined path and rocker. This combines maximum deflection behaviour and optimum comfort. In the case of deflection, height adjustment and deflection angles of up to 64 degrees are available.
