After World War 2 the horse-drawn wooden snow plough was the most common snow clearer, and on this point the 60 years of Kahlbacher’s company history begin.

Founded in 1949 by Toni Kahlbacher and his wife Marianne – in the cellar of the private house – with the first snow plough grows an unique winter service program for snow-free and ice-free roads

From fitting shop to factory in a few years –

Permanent technical development ensured success. Development of snowploughs with regard to increase safety.
Airports require ingenious technology to remove
the snow from the runway within a very short time.
